3. Return Process

- Attach clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup or provide instructions for return shipping.
4. Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your bank/payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchange Policy
