  • Customized or personalized products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Attach clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup or provide instructions for return shipping.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Double-check your bank account or payment app.
  • Contact your bank/payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct product exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If a return is due to our error (defective or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
